Cycle Harmony provides general bicycle servicing and repairs subject to inspection of the bicycle and its components. Any scope, timing, and final price depend on the condition found during intake and inspection, and no final quote is made before that review.
Charges are based on the agreed scope of work and any confirmed parts or labour required. Where a deposit is requested, it may be applied to the service order, and payment methods accepted at collection or otherwise agreed may include card, bank transfer, or cash.

Service estimates are based on available information and may change if additional faults, compatibility issues, or parts availability affect the work. The workshop does not guarantee exact replacement parts, brands, colours, or completion dates until these matters are confirmed.
Two active internal clauses are listed below with direct reference access for policy review.
